Training Camps 2024

Training Camps are ideal, for Students to have the benefit of multiple applications of tuition, within a set given Course/Seminar. Normally covering a wide variety of Methods & Technique, over a number of hours.

A typical example of our Training Camp Itinerary is as follows;

Basic Technique Improvement & Combinations.
Impact Training (Pads & Bags).
Break
Flow Drills & Speed Impact Training.
Break
Advanced Technique & Flow Drills
Partrnered Work
Strength & Conditioning - Speed & Agility.

Drinks & Light Energy Snacks should be brought to this Camp

The "Summer" Training Camp for 2024 is arranged as follows;
Sunday 28th July
10.00 a.m. - 1.00 p.m.
Camp Cost £20.
All Fees should be forward to the Shogun Martial Arts Account
within the allotted "Time Window". Do Not Transfer earlier.
